Lambadina is a growing, creative business at the intersection of spirituality, storytelling, and holistic living. Our mission is to make ancient rituals accessible, beautiful, and deeply meaningful. We offer a range of spiritual services—including intuitive guidance, and Reiki healing—designed to help people reconnect with themselves and the sacred in their everyday lives.

As an extension of our spiritual reading offerings, we’ve recently expanded into hand-rolled, all natural incense—crafted with intention, using herbs and resins. Each product is created to support grounding, healing, and ritual practice, with a focus on heritage, beauty, and earth-based wisdom. 

About the internship
This internship is structured to support rising college freshmen & rising sophomores curious about marketing, entrepreneurship, holistic wellness, digital storytelling, or small-business strategy. You’ll be part of a small, heart-centered brand. No prior experience required—just creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

We’re offering the internship for interns interested in either:

🔹 Track B: Business Development & Brand Strategy

  Internship Tracks

Track A: Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Learn how to plan, and produce consistent social media content across Instagram , TikTok and Pinterest

• Learn best practices for social media and learn how to strategically plan content and maintain a content calendar

• Help draft and schedule weekly email newsletters/blogs with themed content

• Collaborate on ideas for interactive community prompts (polls, questions, mini-workshops)

Track B: Business Development & Brand Expansion

• Assist with small-batch production planning, inventory organization, and order fulfillment logistics

• Research and support outreach to potential stores and stockists

• Support writing of product descriptions and creative problem solving for challenges in brand expansion

• Brainstorm collaboration opportunities and explore competitor analysis
